ISNT gear hobbing machines support gear hobbing processing for multi-variety, small-batch, high-precision and high-hardness workpieces. The machine interior adopts fully enclosed double-layer stainless steel guards to prevent metal chips from entering guide rails and causing abrasive wear. Fitted with wide-opening sliding protective doors, the machines stand out for high processing efficiency and superior precision. They feature a motor direct-drive worktable, which eliminates backlash errors inherent in the worm-and-worm gear or gear drives of conventional gear machines and greatly improves machining accuracy.
